Position Requirements:

We are a proud Second Chance employer, evaluating each candidate individually.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in equipment sales and/or remarketing
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic initiatives
  • Build and maintain a strong broker network
  • Oversee the complete broker and wholesale disposal process to optimize returns
  • Present equipment packages and negotiate pricing effectively
  • Facilitate asset transfers
  • Act as the primary contact for auction transactions
  • Collaborate with field partners to identify optimal disposal methods (retail, broker, auction) based on financial analysis and market trends
  • Manage pricing strategies
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for retail used equipment sales in support of the field sales team
  • Possess a solid understanding of construction equipment and fleet operations
  • Oversee the disposal of over $100M in construction equipment
  • Exhibit excellent vendor management capabilities
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Have intermediate proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
