About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill the position of Director of Nursing and Care Coordination in our Southeastern Idaho Hospice department. As a leader in patient care, you will be responsible for developing, planning, organizing, and directing patient care services in accordance with federal and state regulations, accrediting bodies, and recognized standards of care.

Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Lead and manage clinical teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on patient progress and outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospice or similar setting.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
