Nurse Director Hospice Care Services

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Director to lead our Hospice Care Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our organization and make a meaningful impact.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in hospice care, leadership experience, and excellent communication skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes, staff satisfaction, and overall organizational performance.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction
- Lead and manage a team of clinical staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
- Conduct regular quality assurance and performance improvement activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, as required
