- Assisting with admissions and discharges to ensure smooth transitions and high-quality patient care.">
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care and safety.">
- Providing education and support to patients and families to promote understanding and empowerment.">
- Working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.">
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.">
Requirements and Qualifications
">To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must possess:

- A current license in good standing as a Registered Nurse in the state of Idaho.">
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited institution.">
- A minimum of three years' experience in a clinical setting, preferably in oncology or a related field.">
- Certification in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).">
