Job Opportunity: Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team to success. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new sales opportunities, and evaluating the team's sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales goals
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs
  • Cultivate long-lasting customer relationships to meet customer needs and mitigate complaints
  • Ensure sales staff achieves goals by making sales plans, setting individual targets, assigning territories, and managing ongoing training programs
  • Present sales reports to the team, accurately representing sales efforts and progress
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
  • 3+ years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a similar major
