Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our sales team in the Pacific Northwest region, driving sales growth, and developing strategic relationships with key customers. This is a leadership role that requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the industrial or manufacturing industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
