Case Manager, Education Center

CAMBA is seeking a highly motivated and organized Case Manager to join our Education Center team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing case management services to students, including intake, goal setting, and progress monitoring. This is a full-time position (35 hours per week) with a competitive salary range of $41,000-$45,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct intake sessions with new students to assess their needs and goals
- Develop and implement individualized education and employment plans for students
- Provide regular progress monitoring and support to students
- Refer students to external resources and services as needed
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a comprehensive approach to student support
- Bachelor's degree (B.A/B.S.) and one year of applicable experience
- Masters degree preferred
- Bilingual preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
