About the Job

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and support
  • Selling our products to meet customer needs and exceed sales goals
  • Resolving customer issues through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving

You'll work closely with our Assistant Manager and Customer Care Specialists to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.
