Customer Service Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Customer Service Advocate at Grayson Hyundai Subaru & Genesis West Knoxville. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong technical background in automotive repair.

About the Job

In this role, you'll serve as the primary point-of-contact for all automotive service and repair matters, working closely with customers to understand their needs and concerns. You'll also maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including service history and recommended repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Listens to and thoroughly understands customer problems, arranging for appropriate service/repairs as needed.
  • Communicates effectively with customers and technicians to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintains accurate records of customer interactions, including service history and recommended repairs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED, with some post-secondary automotive training or experience preferred.
  • At least one year of dealer-level or large facility experience, with a proven track record of delivering world-class customer service.
  • An unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • ASE certification is a plus
Salary Range

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
