Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team at Pro QC International North America. This role involves conducting thorough inspections and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform on-site inspections as a third-party quality engineering inspector.
  • Conduct visual assessments and document all weld components for each product.
  • Oversee and coordinate additional inspectors assigned to the site.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturer’s management, quality teams, and robot operators to implement improvements that prevent defects.
  • Maintain a detailed catalog of any defects that arise during inspections.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports utilizing Microsoft Word or Excel.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Welding Inspection.
  • At least three years of experience in a quality-related role.
  • An engineering degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively.
  • Adhere to all ProQC and manufacturing site guidelines and safety protocols.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
