Residential Security and Crisis Intervention Specialist

Community House Mental Health Agency is a supportive family atmosphere in Seattle and King County for people with severe and persistent mental illness.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Residential Security and Crisis Intervention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of tenants at our Patricia K building.
Your primary duties will include preparing for and responding to incidents that involve tenants and visitors. You will work closely with another Safety and Security Liaison during 6 hours of a 10-hour shift, sharing janitorial duties during the overlap of shifts.
You will also be responsible for patrolling the premises, reporting potential conduct issues, addressing trespassing concerns, and coordinating with external safety and law enforcement agencies.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will participate in emergency preparedness initiatives, including workplace violence prevention training, drills, and annual risk assessments.
We offer a competitive salary of $31 per hour, plus benefits, including medical/dental/vision/disability insurance, a 403B retirement plan with employer match, continuing education credit, an unlimited Orca Card, and an employee assistance program.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent
