Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Human Resources to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in supporting the continued growth, success, and development of our company culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee key HR functions, including HR Operations, benefits administration, compensation, performance management, and HR generalist activities.
  • Manage benefits programs, ensuring competitive and comprehensive offerings that meet employee needs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and labor laws across multiple locations.
  • Partner with the VP of HR on strategic HR programs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues.
  • Manage conflict resolution and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage and oversee Jasper's HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Prepare reports and analytics for decision-making purposes.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and the business to help deliver quality onboarding.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the biotech or life sciences industry.
Skills
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency with ADP implementation and management HRIS and other HR software.
