Job Summary
The Kitchen Sales Representative will be responsible for selling products and services offered by 84 Lumber to current and new clientele outside of store locations. This role involves identifying target customers, increasing and maintaining market share, and collecting information on customers' product use and trends. The successful candidate will also service contractors by selling building materials and installed sales services, determine appropriate credit programs, and meet or exceed sales and profit goals. Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads
- Communicate with customers and leads to understand their product or service needs and suggest products and services to meet those needs
- Demonstrate the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs
- Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management, resolving any issues that may arise post-sale
- Maintain detailed reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems
- Provide periodic territory sales forecasts
Requirements
