Job Overview

Uptown Ford of Oakland is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings, including vehicles, packages, and technologies.
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs.
  • Perform high-quality vehicle demonstrations and follow up with customers to ensure successful referrals.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve sales objectives and stay up-to-date on market trends.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a professional appearance at all times.
Requirements
  • Available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit.
  • Phenomenal communication skills and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to obtain a sales license.
