Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team in the Endocrinology/Diabetes space. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our products and achieving sales forecast in this critical therapeutic area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with targeted accounts and physicians to drive sales success.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize sales in assigned territory.
  • Manage customer relationships to strengthen our company brand and meet or exceed assigned sales volume objectives.
  • Maintain accurate sales prospect lists and sales funnels to achieve sales volume targets.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM system to manage customer database and track sales performance.
  • Attend technical and sales training programs to enhance competencies and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Manage company expenses within policy and defined budget.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with documented sales success.
  • Endocrinology/Diabetes experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Action-oriented, drive for results, sales persuasion, dedication, perseverance, ingenuity, and adaptability.
