Division Chief, Interventional Radiology Opportunity

Baystate Health, a leading healthcare provider in western Massachusetts, is seeking a Division Chief of Interventional Radiology to lead our team of interventional radiologists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a well-established team of interventional radiologists at Baystate Medical Center, a 716-bed academic medical center and the region's only Level I Trauma Center.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and develop our division, which offers a broad spectrum of interventional services, including angiography, arterial and venous interventions, and an active oncology program.
  • Mix of inpatient and outpatient services, with scheduled clinical time for pre and post-op patients located on the main campus.
  • Enjoy a combination of clinical care and resident and medical student teaching with faculty appointment to the University of Massachusetts Medical School-Baystate.

Requirements:

  • ABMS board certification in Interventional Radiology.
  • 5+ years of experience with evidence of progressive management responsibilities and leadership in an academic department.
  • Demonstrable record of collaboration, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiasm for medical education, and ability to engage a broad base of stakeholders.
