Salary and Benefits

As a Front Desk Coordinator at The Joint Chiropractic, you can expect a competitive salary range of $18-$20 per hour, plus bonus opportunities based on performance. Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Provide exceptional patient service, answering phones, responding to emails, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our clinics by promoting membership sales, participating in marketing initiatives, and building relationships with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a positive and productive environment for both patients and staff.
  • Work cohesively with other team members to achieve goals and objectives, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • At least one year of previous sales experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing role.
  • Strong phone and computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals.
  • A passion for health and wellness, with a desire to educate patients on our services and promote healthy lifestyles.
