Office Manager

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional looking for a challenging and rewarding sales career? Ace Handyman Services is a national leader in the home improvement and home repair services industry, and we are seeking a skilled Office Manager to facilitate our daily operations.
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound customer sales/education, organizing work and project schedules for our craftsmen, and providing logistical support for our dispatching and schedule management software.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to job leads in a timely manner
- Coordinating the schedule and material ordering for multiple craftsmen and projects
- Utilizing our dispatching and schedule management software
- Returning customers' calls as needed and following up with past customers
- Performing paperwork and filing duties
- Assisting in solving operational logistics to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Keeping the Office Space clean and in order
We are looking for professionals with a strong administrative background, multi-tasking skills, and excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. If you are a quick learner, a team player, and a problem solver, we want to hear from you
