Job Summary:

The Project Engineer - Audio Visual Solutions Specialist will be part of the engineering team, overseeing the post-sale engineering aspects during the integration of Audio Visual, Video Conferencing, and IT Solutions systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review complex scopes of work and site information and bills of materials to produce signal flow schematics and infrastructure drawings and other installation documents.
  • Assist the project manager, programmer, and installation technicians in solving technical issues that may arise during the implementation phase, providing change orders as needed.
  • Handle multiple tasks on a daily basis, responding quickly and accurately to requests for assistance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3-5 years AV engineering experience and/or training.
  • CTS certification or equivalent is preferred but not required at time of hire.
  • Must have 3 years of experience with AutoCAD.
  • Experience with block creation and dynamic blocks a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Adobe PDF is required.
  • Additional manufacturer-specific certifications (Biamp, Crestron, Extron, Polycom) is preferred.
