About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Esthetician to join our team at American Family Care. As a Medical Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality treatments to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Experience: Direct and implement guest experience and service standards, ensuring efficient and professional guest check-in, friendly and educated team members, comfort and cleanliness of procedure rooms and lobby, and resolving guest problems and complaints as needed.
  • Sales and Operations: Develop, implement, and maintain programs/processes to enhance sales, guest satisfaction, and ensure front and back-office operations are efficient and profitable.
  • Team Management: Provide day-to-day guidance and oversight of subordinates, actively work to promote and recognize performance, identify problem areas, and take corrective actions.
  • Staff Development: Develop the team and hold accountable to the achievement of product and service sales and profitability goals.
  • Administrative Tasks: Efficient use of the EMR, prepare accurate and timely reports and correspondence as needed, respond to corporate requests, and manage staff schedule for adequate coverage.
  • Center Operations: Establish, modify, implement, and monitor systems and procedures to enhance timely and efficient workflow, ensure Center operations are maintained through appropriate planning and implementation of operations processes, and comply with OSHA regulations.
  • Education and Training: Schedule monthly education training and workshops to provide staff with continuing education to improve professional and technical knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Utilize marketing tools to generate new business and host monthly events and promotions.
Requirements
  • 1-5 years of experience in the medical spa, plastic surgery, or dermatology setting.
  • Valid esthetician license required.
  • MA Certification required.
  • Ability and experience in selling, with a strong track record of top sales.
  • Knowledgeable about skincare products and services.
