Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, full-time Medical Spa Esthetician proficient in various med spa services, sales, and clinic operations. This role supports the Dermatology Clinical Practice by delivering exceptional treatments to our clients.

The Medical Spa Esthetician will ensure clients receive an outstanding customer experience through professional, friendly, and knowledgeable skincare and treatment services.

Your responsibilities will include managing operational and clinical processes and maintaining high standards throughout the center. We are looking for a compassionate, adaptable, customer-focused, and self-motivated individual who is eager to contribute to our thriving organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and implement guest experience and service standards, ensuring efficient and professional check-in, friendly team interactions, and the cleanliness of treatment areas.
  • Develop and maintain programs to enhance sales and guest satisfaction while ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Provide daily guidance and oversight to team members, promoting performance recognition and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Foster team development and accountability for achieving sales and profitability targets.
  • Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) efficiently, preparing accurate reports and responding to corporate inquiries.
  • Manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and submit hours for approval.
  • Establish and monitor systems to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure operational compliance with planning processes, including supply ordering, inventory management, and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Organize monthly training sessions and workshops to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Utilize marketing strategies to attract new clients and host promotional events.
  • Adhere to all applicable labor and employment laws, including licensure requirements for Estheticians and other medical staff.
  • Collaborate directly with the Medical Director and management team.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including quality improvement and safety protocols.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all operations.
Qualifications:
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery, or dermatology environment.
  • Valid esthetician license is required.
  • Medical Assistant certification is mandatory.
  • Proven sales ability and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of skincare products and services.
  • Familiarity with non-invasive cosmetic procedures.
