Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced full-time Medical Spa Esthetician proficient in various med spa services, sales strategies, and clinic operations. The role involves supporting a Dermatology Clinical Practice while delivering outstanding treatments to our clientele.

The Medical Spa Esthetician will ensure an exceptional customer experience through high-quality, professional, and friendly skincare services.

Your responsibilities will include managing both operational and clinical processes to uphold our standards. We are looking for a compassionate, adaptable, customer-focused, and self-driven individual who is eager to contribute to our thriving organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and maintain guest experience and service standards, ensuring efficient check-in processes, knowledgeable team members, and the cleanliness of treatment areas.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance sales and guest satisfaction while ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Provide daily guidance and support to team members, promoting performance recognition and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Foster team development and hold members accountable for achieving sales and profitability targets.
  • Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) efficiently, preparing accurate reports and responding to corporate inquiries.
  • Manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and submit hours for approval.
  • Establish and monitor systems to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure operational compliance with planning and implementation processes, including supply ordering, inventory management, and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Coordinate ongoing education and training for staff to enhance their professional skills.
  • Leverage marketing tools to attract new clients and organize promotional events.
  • Comply with all relevant labor and employment laws, including licensure requirements for Estheticians and other medical staff.
  • Collaborate closely with the Medical Director and Management.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and standards, including quality improvement and safety protocols.
  • Support compliance and ethical practices by maintaining confidentiality and reporting any non-compliance issues.
Qualifications:
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery, or dermatology environment.
  • Valid esthetician license is required.
  • Medical Assistant Certification is mandatory.
  • Proven sales ability with a strong background in skincare products.
  • Knowledge of skincare services and non-invasive cosmetic procedures.
