We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of medical spa services, sales strategies, and clinic operations, supporting our dermatology practice while delivering outstanding treatments to our clientele.

The Medical Esthetician will ensure an exceptional customer experience through professional, friendly, and knowledgeable skincare services. Responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and maintain high standards of guest experience and service; ensure efficient check-in processes, a welcoming environment, and cleanliness of treatment areas.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales and guest satisfaction while ensuring efficient operations.
  • Provide daily guidance and support to team members, recognizing achievements and addressing areas for improvement.
  • Foster team development and accountability in achieving sales and service goals.
  • Utilize electronic medical records efficiently; prepare timely reports and respond to corporate inquiries.
  • Manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and submit hours for approval.
  • Establish and monitor systems to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain operational standards through effective planning, including supply ordering, inventory management, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Organize monthly training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Leverage marketing tools to attract new clients and promote events.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor and employment laws.
  • Collaborate closely with the Medical Director and management team.
  • Support compliance with all applicable regulations, including quality improvement and safety standards.
  • Uphold the principles of confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of the role.
Qualifications:
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery, or dermatology environment.
  • Valid esthetician license is required.
  • Medical Assistant certification is mandatory.
  • Proven sales ability and knowledge of skincare products.
  • Familiarity with skincare services and non-invasive cosmetic procedures.
