Position: Medical Esthetician and Medical Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing a wide range of medical spa services, supporting dermatological practices, and delivering exceptional treatments to our clientele.

The Medical Esthetician will play a crucial role in ensuring a high-quality customer experience through professional, friendly, and knowledgeable skincare services. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing guest experience and service standards, ensuring efficient check-in processes, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Implementing strategies to enhance sales and guest satisfaction while ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to team members, promoting performance excellence, and addressing any areas needing improvement.
  • Managing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and submitting hours for approval.
  • Establishing and monitoring operational systems to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Coordinating supply orders, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Facilitating ongoing education and training for staff to enhance their professional skills.
  • Utilizing marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote services.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to healthcare and employment.
Qualifications:
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery, or dermatology environment.
  • Valid esthetician license is mandatory.
  • Medical Assistant certification is required.
  • Proven sales ability and knowledge of skincare products.
  • Familiarity with skincare services and non-invasive cosmetic procedures.
