Full Job Description:

We are looking for a full-time Medical Spa Esthetician who is proficient in various med spa services, sales strategies, and clinic operations. The role involves supporting our Dermatology Clinical Practice and delivering exceptional treatments to our clients.

The Medical Esthetician will ensure an outstanding customer experience through high-quality, professional, and friendly skincare treatments.

Your responsibilities will include managing both operational and clinical processes to uphold our standards of excellence. We seek a compassionate, adaptable, and customer-focused individual who is proactive and genuinely interested in contributing to our thriving organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain guest experience and service standards, ensuring efficient check-in processes, knowledgeable team members, and a clean environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales and guest satisfaction while ensuring efficient front and back-office operations.
  • Provide daily guidance and support to team members, promoting performance recognition and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Facilitate team development and hold members accountable for achieving sales and profitability targets.
  • Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) efficiently, preparing timely reports and responding to corporate inquiries.
  • Manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and submit hours for approval.
  • Establish and monitor systems to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure operational compliance with planning and implementation processes, including supply ordering, inventory management, and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Organize monthly training sessions and workshops to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Leverage marketing tools to attract new clients and promote events.
  • Comply with all relevant labor and employment laws applicable to the Center.
  • Collaborate closely with the Medical Director and Management.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations, including quality improvement, human resources, and safety protocols.
  • Support compliance with privacy and confidentiality standards, protecting organizational assets and reporting any non-compliance.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery, or dermatology environment.
  • Valid esthetician license is required.
  • Medical Assistant Certification is mandatory.
  • Proven sales ability and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of skincare products and services.
  • Familiarity with non-invasive cosmetic procedures.
