Job Summary

As a Front Office Supervisor at Marriott, you will be responsible for leading the front office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive financial results. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and develop team members to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the front office team to achieve guest satisfaction and financial goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experience and increase revenue
  • Supervise and manage front office staff, including training and development
  • Monitor and control front office expenses to achieve budgeted goals
  • Ensure compliance with Marriott policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of experience in guest services or related field preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Marriott offers a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $73,000 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a fun and dynamic work environment.
