Job Title: Front Office Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Nashville Downtown. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Front Desk team to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
  • Optimize the guest check-in and check-out process to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Empower new team members with comprehensive training and coaching
  • Resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 2 years' combined experience in guest services and supervisory experience in hotels or related professional area
  • Basic mathematical skills to operate and prepare calculations for financial reporting
  • Effective analytical skills to evaluate reservations and make informed decisions on room availability or guest resolutions
  • Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite-Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Previous experience with hotel PMS systems a plus
