Position Overview:

As a vital part of our team, the Front Office Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our front office operations, which is essential for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily front office operations to ensure compliance with company standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in managing the front office team, ensuring that all staff members are well-trained and motivated to provide excellent service.
  • Monitor guest arrivals and departures, ensuring that all guests are treated with the utmost courtesy and efficiency.
  • Maintain familiarity with hotel policies, procedures, and amenities to effectively assist guests and staff.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring effective resolution and guest satisfaction.
  • Participate in training and development programs for staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed and assist with financial reporting as needed.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new front office associates.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the front office team to communicate updates and address any operational challenges.
  • Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among all hotel departments.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in front office management or a related field in a hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on guest interaction.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
