Job Description:
Crimson Ventures is seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Specialist to join our team. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing software and automation solutions. You will participate in IT and cross-departmental projects, ensuring the quality of software applications and learning methods and procedures related to software engineering, programming languages, and development tools.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implementation of customer-specific software applications
- Ensuring the quality of software applications
- Learning methods and procedures related to software engineering, programming languages, and development tools
Requirements:
- Minimum of high school diploma
- Good academic performance in mathematics, English, German, and computer science
- High interest in IT topics
- Analytical thinking and organizational skills
- Quick understanding and process understanding
- Enjoy working in a team and open to new ideas
- Enjoy programming and solving technical tasks
- Affinity for IT
Company-specific training focuses:
- Rotation through all process-relevant departments
- Familiarization with company processes
- Administrative tasks, especially in the area of ERP processes, software solutions, and database systems
School-specific training focuses:
- Developing, creating, and maintaining IT solutions
- Conducting/documenting quality assurance measures
- Measures for IT security
- Use of digital media
