About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our excellent Community Mental Health Service team at Butler. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in coordinating the administrative requirements of our clinicians, embodying the NMHS Values and making a real difference by facilitating safe quality care through expertise and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the administrative requirements of clinicians, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Supervise and train clerical staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality administrative support.
  • Maintain professional standards, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
