Key Responsibilities- Participate in the Mobile Medication Program Treatment Team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Assist in counting and packaging daily and weekly dosages of medication supplies.
- Deliver prescribed dosages of medications to consumer residences, ensuring timely and accurate administration.
- Document all delivered dosages and maintain accurate records.
- Assist consumers in obtaining prescriptions and refills as needed.
- Instruct and supervise consumers in self-medication skills, promoting independence and confidence.
- Respond appropriately to emergency situations, prioritizing the well-being and safety of consumers.
- Attend staff meetings, conferences, and learning sessions to stay updated on best practices and industry developments.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One year experience working with seriously mentally ill patients, preferably with experience assisting patients in self-administration of medication.
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and willingness to travel throughout Butler County.
- PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse History Clearance, FBI Clearance, and Arrest/Conviction Report and Certification Form.
- Ability to identify with the agency Mission Statement and support the agency's Core Values.
- Completion of agency Crisis/Physical Intervention training.
