Job Title: Behavioral Health Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team at Community Health Alliance. As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing care, support, and supervision to clients in a residential treatment setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide emotional support to clients and facilitate daily living skills groups and structured recreational activities.
  • Monitor clients, record observations, and report client progress and concerns to the treatment team.
  • Assist clients in working through crisis situations and perform administrative office tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License and Insurable driving record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, including Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams
