Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Associates, responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer experiences in new home sales. As a Sales Associate, you will participate in our comprehensive training program, gaining valuable knowledge and skills to succeed in this role.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing relationships with customers and understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Providing accurate and timely contract paperwork, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Analyzing market data to maintain competitiveness in our communities.
  • Maintaining standard sales office hours while adapting to meet customer schedules.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent work experience, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Ability to work weekends and travel between communities as needed.
  • A real estate license is required in all states, except CO, MD, NM, TX, and VA.
  • Previous high-end sales experience, preferred.
  • Action-oriented individuals with a drive to push sales to successful closure.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • A valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

We offer a competitive compensation structure, with an estimated annual compensation of $80,000 - $130,000, depending on performance and commissions. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA accounts, 401K, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and EAP.
