We're looking for enthusiastic and driven young professionals to join GFO Home LLC's Sales Training team in the Dallas and Austin areas.

Job Description

GFO Home LLC is a leading new home builder. In this hands-on role, you'll gain valuable experience in new home sales while learning from a team of industry professionals.

  • Assist experienced Sales Assistants and Managers with greeting potential homebuyers at our new home communities
  • Conduct tours of model homes, highlighting key features and benefits, and answer prospect buyer questions
  • Learn about the home buying process from start to finish, including mortgage pre-qualification and customization options in our Design Center
  • Develop strong communication and presentation skills to connect with potential buyers and understand their needs
  • Provide weekly buyer updates to keep them informed through the construction process
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining prospect databases, and preparing sales documents
  • Participate in comprehensive sales training programs to develop a deep understanding of our new home communities, floor plans, and construction process
  • Attend weekly sales training experiences to develop and refine sales knowledge, skills, and best practices

Requirements:

  • Eager to learn and passionate about the real estate industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and a polished appearance
  • Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new sales technologies
  • Must be willing to work evenings and weekends
  • Must be willing to work on-site at one of our model homes
