Company Overview:
A prominent international retail establishment is seeking a Japanese Bilingual Store Associate. This position is essential for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Adhere to all store protocols in alignment with company compliance standards.
2. Deliver a positive, seamless, and consistent customer experience.
3. Conduct sales transactions efficiently and accurately while following established cash handling procedures.
4. Assist colleagues by completing tasks and sharing expertise.
5. Address customer inquiries with a focus on satisfaction and escalate issues to management when necessary.
6. Create and organize promotional materials and in-store displays.
7. Manage store opening and closing procedures, ensuring safety for all.
8. Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Japanese at a business level
- At least one year of experience in retail operations
- Basic skills in MS Office
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
