About the Role
Verra Mobility is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial services division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide proactive support to ensure their needs are met.
- Develop and execute customized account plans to drive revenue growth and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service delivery issues and improve overall client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to management on client performance and market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing environment, account management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in SQL and data analysis a plus.
