Job Summary

Cedars-Sinai is seeking a highly skilled Senior Patient Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional patient relations, accurate communication, and efficient appointment scheduling. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check in and check out patients, collect co-payments, and reconcile payments
  • Verify patient demographic and insurance information in CS-Link
  • Schedule appointments, complete patient registration, and collect patient payments
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service and find opportunities for improvement within CS Link and department workflows
  • Coordinate administrative support activities, including facilities management, patient billing, and utilization management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Three years of Patient Service Representative or Medical Assistant experience in an outpatient medical office setting
