Patient Service Representative

The Patient Service Representative is a key member of the Cedars-Sinai Medical Network team, responsible for providing exceptional patient service and support in a fast-paced medical office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Manage patient registration, scheduling, and billing processes
- Collect and verify patient demographic and insurance information
- Assist with patient care flow and monitor CS-Link message pools
- Participate in daily huddles and staff meetings to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of experience in a medical office setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in CS-Link
