Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with patient registration, scheduling appointments, and collecting payments.
- Verify patient demographic and insurance information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Manage patient care flow, including monitoring CS-Link message pools and standard work.
- Participate in daily huddles and staff meetings to stay informed and contribute to team goals.
- Adhere to infection prevention standards and department policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of experience in a patient service or medical office setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
