Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Process Document Intern to join our team. As a key member of our Document Services department, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our team's efforts to create high-quality documents for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete assigned projects within the internship discipline, working closely with our team to ensure successful completion.
  • Attend Viaflex-sponsored training and educational seminars to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Engage and participate in Viaflex-sponsored events, fostering a sense of community and collaboration within our team.
  • Work closely with your assigned mentor and manager to reach successful completion of your internship.
  • Provide periodic updates to managers and peers on assigned project(s), ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and deliver a summer-end internship presentation, showcasing your accomplishments and growth.
  • Demonstrate Viaflex Team Member Values in your daily actions, encouraging your peers to do the same.
  • Assist in the localization of line processes, adapting content for Spanish-speaking employees, and provide Spanish language support to staff.
  • Develop language resources and materials to facilitate communication among team members.
  • Assist HR in conducting phone screenings for candidates, ensuring effective communication in both English and Spanish.
  • Help prepare and refine interview questions to ensure inclusivity for Spanish-speaking candidates.
  • Assist in generating reports on hiring processes and outcomes for Spanish-speaking candidates.
Requirements
  • Pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Spanish, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in both English & Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, without close supervision.
  • Problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying waste and creatively finding solutions.
  • Ability to work with a high level of confidentiality and flexibility, multitasking as needed.
  • Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office.
