Join Viaflex as a Process Specialist Intern

Viaflex, a leading industry player with over 60 years of experience, is seeking a talented Process Specialist Intern to contribute to its mission of creating innovative solutions. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, develop your skills, and make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing process improvement projects, ensuring they stay on track by organizing meetings, maintaining timelines, and updating project documentation.
  • Help identify potential risks or roadblocks in projects and offer solutions to mitigate them.
  • Analyze existing business processes by gathering data, identifying inefficiencies, and helping to document workflows.
  • Create flowcharts, diagrams, and reports to visually map out processes and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement process improvements based on analysis, such as streamlining workflows or automating manual tasks.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, process engineering, operations management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work with high-level confidentiality, be flexible, and multitask.
