Compensation:
$34 / hour
Shift: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 4:30 pm - 1:00 am
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering outstanding customer service is your primary focus.
You will monitor and assess the environment, providing detailed reports on activities at your designated location.
In critical situations, you will respond swiftly and effectively.
You will be proficient in documenting detailed reports.
You will understand when and how to enforce customer protocols, regulations, and standards.
Qualifications:
Possession of a state security license and completion of an additional 32-hour BSIS security training (further training can be acquired during the hiring process).
A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
Seven to ten years of security experience is preferred.
Active BSIS baton, OC spray, pepper spray, and handcuff permits are necessary.
You must successfully pass a comprehensive screening process.
Experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is advantageous.
A minimum of five years in Loss Prevention is required.
