Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to join our team at Hard Rock International. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our employee relations efforts, managing labor relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement employee relations programs to foster a positive work environment and promote fairness and respect for all employees.
  • Manage labor relations activities, including union negotiations, grievance handling, and collective bargaining agreement administration.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on employment-related issues, including policy interpretation and compliance.
  • Conduct investigations and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee relations and labor relations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business objectives, ethics, and values.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • College degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in the hospitality, entertainment, or casino industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with labor relations, managing a collective bargaining agreement.
  • Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of employment law, fair treatment policies, and EEOC/ADA laws.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
