IT Coordinator Job Description

Syndeo is seeking a highly skilled IT Coordinator to join our team in Hillsboro, KS. As an IT Coordinator, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing IT resources to ensure data security and control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain IT Processes: Create, document, and maintain department-related processes and policies to ensure efficient IT operations.
  • User Account Management: Create and maintain user accounts and access control to ensure secure access to company systems.
  • System Optimization: Perform diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems and improve performance.
  • IT Support: Provide direction with software partners and other IT support services to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Data Retrieval and Recovery: Develop and implement data retrieval and recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.
  • Feedback and Error Reporting: Design and implement efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems to improve system usability.
  • System Requirements: Consult with users, management, and third parties to assess computing needs and system requirements.
  • Hardware and Software Upgrades: Install and deploy hardware and software upgrades to meet company objectives.
  • ERP and Cyber Training: Provide required ERP and Cyber training to company employees to ensure compliance and security.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor and maintain ERP systems, networks, and servers to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications and Education:
  • Software and Hardware Experience: Proven experience with software and hardware systems.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Leadership and Time Management: Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • ERP and IT Experience: Extensive experience with ERP, IT systems, networks, and other related technologies.
  • Leadership Experience: 2+ years' experience in similar field.
  • Best Practices Knowledge: Solid knowledge of best practices in ERP, IT Administration, and system security.
  • SQL Certification: Proficient in SQL databases and SQL certification.
  • IT and Database Administration Experience: 3+ years of IT and database administration experience.
  • Infor Syteline and Factory Track Experience: Experience in Infor Syteline and Factory Track.
