Job Overview

As a key member of our SMB Team Sales team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and exceeding monthly sales quota objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new business within multiple geographic territories, working closely with your team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
  • Analyze customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services
  • Recommend wireless solutions, including price plans, data, and other enhanced services, handsets, and accessories
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Work with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management
  • Participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings
  • Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals
  • Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment
