About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team at Michael Page. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Source and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources and networks
  • Conduct in-person interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates and provide feedback to clients
  • Mentor and develop entry-level sales consultants across the office
  • Participate in proposal development and pitch presentations to secure new business
  • Negotiate commercial terms and rates with clients
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a recruitment or sales development role
  • Proven track record of success in sales and recruitment, with a strong understanding of the industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools, such as Zoominfo and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
