Event Marketing Coordinator - Sales Focused Role

Your Responsibilities:
As an Event Marketing Coordinator, you will be instrumental in advancing our sales initiatives directly at event venues. Your contributions will include organizing events, connecting with customers, and implementing marketing strategies to enhance product sales. This position requires regular travel to various event sites in Washington, DC, offering valuable experience in sales, marketing, and customer interaction.
Key Duties:
- Event Preparation: Set up and arrange event spaces to create an appealing environment for attendees.
- Sales Promotion: Actively engage with event participants to promote and sell products, striving to meet or surpass sales objectives.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with attendees to assess their needs, respond to inquiries, and provide product demonstrations.
- Marketing Execution: Support the implementation of on-site marketing initiatives and distribute promotional materials to boost brand awareness.
- Customer Loyalty: Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand allegiance.
- Market Insights: Collect feedback from event participants to identify trends and potential areas for enhancement.
- Event Dismantling: Assist in breaking down event setups and ensuring all materials are accounted for and stored appropriately.
- Sales Analysis: Track and evaluate sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to the sales team.
Qualifications:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel to various event locations in Washington, DC, regularly.
