We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the teams efforts. Your primary responsibilities will focus on assisting in preparing and writing proposals, executing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, and creating compelling marketing collateral.
Responsibilities include:
- Proposal Coordination: Assist in researching, reviewing, and responding to solicitations and preparing proposals, including quality control for detailed RFP requirements, that effectively showcase our capabilities.
- Assist in coordinating with teammates across departments, for successful collaboration in preparing proposals and responding to solicitations.
- Develop and maintain a library of proposal templates, and other marketing collateral to support business development efforts.
- Collaborate with company leadership to execute digital marketing campaigns, website content updates (including website development coordination), and manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms.
- Assist in the creation of graphics and marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and other visual assets in accordance with company branding standards.
- Support event planning and coordination, including internal events, conferences, lunch and learns, and industry-related events.
- Other special projects and responsibilities, including miscellaneous administrative support.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the A/E/C industry.
- Digital marketing skills: social media management, content creation, email marketing, and website updates.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM Software (experience with Salesforce preferred), Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and other graphic programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive and engaging content.
- Detail-oriented, well organized, able to multi-task and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
- Strong sense of accountability and follow-through.
- Knowledge of industry-specific marketing practices is a plus.
