Account Manager Trainee

We're seeking a motivated Junior Account Manager Trainee who will serve as the crucial link between our esteemed clientele and their customer base. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
The ideal candidate will possess a positive, can-do attitude, an unwavering commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience, and the entrepreneurial spirit needed to propel our business forward.

Present products and services directly to customers and guide them through the sales process.
Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction, both internal and external.
Achieve all sales targets and KPIs while adhering to Quality Assurance standards.
Gain expertise in clients' products, services, sales processes, and emerging technologies.
Track, analyze, and manage sales projections on a daily and weekly basis.
Report sales activity to the Quality Assurance team to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is strongly preferred.
Experience in a customer-facing, high-energy environment is required.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects effectively.
Strong relationship-building skills with diverse groups of people.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
