Position Overview:
We are in search of a Construction Estimator/Project Manager to oversee our Federal Sector projects. This role entails managing all facets of construction initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all aspects of construction project oversight, including planning, coordination, budgeting, and evaluation.
  2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
  3. Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and budget.
  4. Develop project scopes and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
  5. Maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
  6. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and construction regulations.
  7. Coordinate with government clients on project requirements.
  8. Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates should possess:
  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Estimator or Project Manager in the construction sector.
  2. Extensive experience with government projects and familiarity with relevant guidelines.
  3. Experience in ground-up construction projects.
  4. Strong project management and leadership skills.
  5. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methods, and legal requirements.
  6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  7. Willingness to travel as necessary.
  8. Proficiency in project management software and relevant applications.
  9. A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
